  Changing your pasword.
So you managed to setup some hosting and login to cPanel, but don't you just hate that long all digit password? Well in a couple of steps you can have your own password.

First we need to login to cPanel. If you haven't done that already then you may need to check your emails for the information. Unfortunately our mail may be recognised as spam so it can be found in your Junk folder. If you still don't have an email with the details then you can submit a ticket.

When you have logged in you will be presented with cPanel. cPanel is the control panel for your account. Inside you can; create email accounts, read your email online, upload files, edit files, control MySQL and much more!

So now you need to look for the "Preferences" category - by default this is found at the top. Inside the category is an icon called "Change Password", click it. A new screen will load and you can now change your password.

To change it, you need to enter your old one, which can be found in your email. Now enter the password you wish to use, try and make this a strong password otherwise your account may be prone to getting hacked. As with anything else that requires passwords, s you type a password it will be checked against a password analyser. This analyser will check to see if your password is secure. Red = unsecure, Yellow = medium and Green = secure. Now type your password again to make sure it is correct. If you would like a secure password you can click the "Generate Password" button which will generate one for you.

Now click the "Change your password now!" button. That's it! Done!
